Dear Chris, I have just completed a short course in web design. I want to continue to work from home due to my girls still being at school. The only thing is I was going to do "static web design" i.e. a web page with and email form but most of my friends want to be able to go in and update there own websites, i.e. post monthly newsletters. Is there some type of program I can purchase for this. I am not a programmer.
