Academic RDF Specification

This specification is geared towards allowing people to share information about
the schools and courses they are enrolled in. It is geared to be generic enough
that students of all ages can use it, be they in middle school or working on
their graduate degree.

This data spec would hopefully allow people to share information about the
classes they are taking and had taken by providing informatoin about these
classes.

Because there is no good specification for identifying institutions, this
specification also deigns to include information neccesary to uniquely identify
an institution that offers courses.

A basic example of how I would describe myself and the classes I'm taking:
