[Symbian-hacks] CellID->Lat/Lon

I'm currently putting effort into creating a cell id->lat/lon database.
I think Placelab offers something like this, but it's all Java, with no
web interface, as far as I can see.

I don't have a lot of experience in this, but the authors of Mapping
Hacks live down the street now, and I've got offers of help - if I can
produce the database - of creating a centralized cell tower location.

Once this is done, I'll make the database available for queries.

I'm still working on the best backend, but the autostumbler code I
linked a couple days ago is linked to a PHP page which currently dumps
things into a MySQL database. I'll drop the code for that somewhere
soon.

That's what my goal is for this weekend: to get the cellstumbling stuff
going so people with GPSes can start to do more stuff with them to help
me out. ;)
