Forgotten Lore

I forgot about noets for a while. I've hopefully corrected this by adding a link to the navigation of crschmidt.net. I think that part of the reason I forgot about it is that it feels like such a completely seperate site that I've never really integrated it with crschmidt.net. All of the other pages are written in PHP with the same site template.

However, noets is something that I really do enjoy writing in, and I don't tend to have to worry about spamming whoever is reading, since it's a very spammy interface, and anyone who expects otherwise is just asking to get screwed. Also, I should be working, so anything that lets me procrastinate is a good thing.

Julie Update

Julie is now using the latest version of Redland and Raptor: 1.0.1 and 1.4.6, both with patches from the Redland list to fix segfaults. If you run into problems, please let me know via phennymsg.

Back from CA

I've returned from California. I'm sunburned, but also rested, and ready to get back to work (something that I'll admit was not the first thing on my mind for the week previous to my trip.) Already I've spent a lot more time on getting work done (and been a lot more effective) than I was the week before I left. (INSERT PARAGRAPH BREAK HERE) I wonder how effective keeping a little log of things that I'm doing throughout the day would be for me. I think it might help me out to be a bit mor eeffective if I felt like someone was watching over my shoulder.

The problem with any kind of log like that is that I pretty quickly run into the fact that I'm sharing more about my work (and clients) than I would be comfortable putting on the web, but I suppose I could make up names and not be too specific.

This calls for another bot! But not til I get home tonight, kthx.

Christopher Schmidt, and other various and sundry characters.
All code which runs this thing was stolen from sbp. Based on the original nœts site, circa 2003. Design by d8uv, xover, with help from the works of Eric Meyer. Any other people who were involved are also credited and thanked here, in this very small space: . Thank you.
